Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days. A no-show will incur a 100% retention charge.
Hotel check-in time is 12:00 PM, and checkout time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability. An additional charge of 50% of the room rate will apply for late check-outs after 4:00 PM, and a 100% charge will apply after 6:00 PM.
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation, and we accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards/debit cards.
Non-guaranteed bookings will be held only after a 50% advance payment. The hotel reserves the right to release the reservation without prior notice.
